Lease-end cleaning for tenants
Most commercial leases require the space to be returned in clean condition. We clean the suite after the movers leave: vacuum and extract carpet, scrub hard floors, wipe walls and baseboards, clean restrooms and kitchens, wash interior glass and dust fixtures, vents and blinds. Minor wall patching and bulb replacement can be added.
Turnover cleaning for landlords and property managers
When a tenant leaves, we prepare the space for showings or the incoming tenant. The same package applies, plus odor treatment and a final walkthrough with your leasing agent if you want one.
Scheduling
Move-out cleaning is scheduled for the day after the movers finish, or the same day for small suites. Tell us the key handover date and we will work back from it. Our cleaners are our own employees, never subcontractors. Every person on the crew is insured and background-checked before they enter your building.
Frequently asked questions
Do you clean residential homes?
No. Ahlers cleans commercial spaces only: offices, retail, medical, industrial and institutional buildings.
Can you clean before our furniture is removed?
We can, but the result is better after the space is empty. If timing is tight, we do a first pass before and a final pass after the move.
Is move-in cleaning different?
Move-in cleaning is the same scope, done after construction or turnover work and before the new tenant's furniture arrives.
