Office cleaning scope
Office cleaning covers the areas staff and visitors see every day: reception and lobby, private offices and open workstations, conference rooms, restrooms, break rooms and corridors. Desks are dusted around personal items, not under them, unless you ask for a clear-desk policy.
We also handle the items that get noticed when they are missed: fingerprints on glass doors, full shred bins, smudged conference tables and empty soap dispensers.
Schedules that fit office hours
Cleaning happens after the last employee leaves, usually between 6 PM and midnight, or early morning for buildings that prefer it. One night a week works for a small suite. Larger offices with full occupancy run five nights.
Security and access
The same crew is assigned to your building so you see familiar faces. Keys, fobs and alarm codes are logged and controlled by the supervisor. Our cleaners are our own employees, never subcontractors. Every person on the crew is insured and background-checked before they enter your building.

Price depends on square footage, the number of restrooms and break rooms, the nights per week and any extras such as floor care. The walkthrough produces a fixed monthly price.
Do you clean small offices?
Yes. Single suites with one restroom are cleaned weekly or twice weekly. There is no minimum building size.
Can you disinfect during flu season?
Yes. High-touch disinfection can run as a standing task or be increased for a set period.
